At udeek, we take the utmost care to ensure that your order is crafted and delivered to you with precision and care. Here’s what you can expect regarding our shipping process:

Production Time

Since most of our products are made to order, our standard production time is 10-15 business days after receiving your order. We strive to maintain quality in every piece, and this time allows our artisans to handcraft your product with care and attention to detail.

1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

• Shipping Charges: Domestic shipping is free for all orders within India.
• Shipping Time: Once your order is produced (standard production time is 10-15 business days), it will be dispatched using a reputed shipping partner. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

2. International Shipping

• Shipping Charges: Shipping costs for all international orders are borne by the customer. The charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.
• Shipping Time: After the production period, international orders will be dispatched using a trusted international courier. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time for international orders is between 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

• Customs Fees: Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Udeek is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for any potential charges before placing an international order.

4. Shipment Tracking

• Once your order is shipped (both domestic and international), you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.

5. Packaging & Safety

• We take all necessary precautions to ensure that your product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. However, if your order arrives with external damage, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos, and we will assist with a replacement (as per our Replacement Policy).

6. Delivery Issues

• Undeliverable Packages: In cases where a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect, Udeek will not be responsible for any additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
