•Made-to-Order: Most of our products are made to order. Once an order is placed, we will begin the production process, and the standard production time is 10-15 business days.
•Payment: All prices are in INR and must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, & UPI Payments.
•Cancellation: Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified. Kindly cancel within 24 hours of order confirmation.

3. Shipping & Delivery

•Shipping: After the production process, your order will be shipped using a reputable shipping partner. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
•Damage in Transit: If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage.

4. Returns & Replacements

•No Returns or Refunds: As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
•Replacements: We offer replacements for items that are damaged during shipping. Please report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order.

5. Intellectual Property
